I manage a team of 3 persons, with the fourth "coming soon" and I'm happy: great relationship with my boss and great esteem (exhausted if the numbers do not come eh eh) from the top management.
I'm happy, even though I work so much. Perhaps it is the proper punishment for what little work in previous work:)
And, as often happens when you make plans, here comes the news: the exact day that I am getting the Sponsorship, a Project Manager work with me contacted, telling me that I would head / skills to work with her in the same company now.
